Problem Analysis Paper. This paper is the course (or “term”) paper. You may select atopic you believe to constitute a significant criminal justice system challenge. The course paper in its final form is due no later than April 20. Recognize that in preparing the paper you are effectively performing the front-end work customary for policy development within the criminal justice system. You will NOT be preparing a policy, but, rather, equipping a policy preparer with contextual information (i.e., problem evolution, current state, and a suggested intervention) that facilitates policy creation.
